Defend your hands with the GMD 3202-GKTT THERMO-CUTPRO™ Series Impact, a goatskin powerhouse built for extreme industrial safety. This model merges oil-blocking technology with a 3M Thinsulate™ thermal barrier and a DuPont™ Kevlar® lining for maximum security in freezing, high-risk zones. Featuring rugged TPR impact armor and a royal blue finish, it is the premier choice for global safety compliance.
Technical OverviewThe foundation of the GMDI 3202-GKTT is a complex, multi-stage architecture designed to ensure total hand security while retaining the rugged, professional feel of top-grade grain leather.
The heavy-duty goatskin leather undergoes a specialized oil-blocking process that prevents grease, industrial fluids, and moisture from penetrating the fibres. This innovative treatment ensures the glove remains lightweight, flexible, and dry, providing a high-traction grip even when handling components saturated with slick lubricants or drilling fluids.
A full 360-degree C100 thermal liner is integrated into the glove to capture and retain natural body heat while allowing moisture to escape. This allows for extended productivity in cold storage facilities or outdoor winter construction sites, providing elite protection against extreme temperatures without the cumbersome bulk that limits dexterity in traditional arctic gear.
To provide a critical barrier against lacerations and sharp hazards, the interior is fortified with an authentic DuPont™ Kevlar® lining. This high-performance layer delivers a superior ANSI Cut rating, ensuring the wearer’s hand remains shielded from jagged edges and mechanical blades even if the outer leather shell is subjected to extreme tension or abrasion.
This model is designed to offer maximum skeletal defence by neutralizing and dispersing kinetic energy from heavy strikes and high-pressure contact.
High-density, energy-absorbing Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) protectors are precision-welded across the knuckles and the entire length of every finger. This impact-resistant shielding creates a vital safety gap against pinch points, tool strikes, and crushing hazards common in mechanical and structural labour.
Unlike models with textile or synthetic backs, this version features a solid leather exterior covering the entire hand. This ensures a consistent level of chemical resistance, spark protection, and physical durability on both the palm and the dorsal side of the glove, leaving no weak points exposed.
The GMDI 3202-BTKT incorporates technical ergonomic refinements to ensure the wearer remains comfortable and focused during intensive, long-duration shifts.
The inset keystone thumb design follows the natural anatomy of the hand to provide a superior range of motion. A double-layered leather saddle is integrated into this high-stress zone to extend the product’s service life and improve grip stability when handling heavy tools.
A robust elastic gather is stitched into the back of the wrist to create a secure and stable “stay-on” fit. This prevents the glove from shifting during vigorous physical activity and acts as a seal to keep industrial debris, snow, and grit out of the glove.
The cuff is finished with a premium royal blue fabric hem for a clean and professional appearance. This high-strength binding reinforces the wrist entry point to boost durability while preventing the edges from fraying over time during daily industrial use.
The GMDI 3202-BTKT is manufactured to meet the highest international safety benchmarks. Fully certified to meet EN 388 and EN ISO 21420 standards, and engineered to achieve high ANSI Cut Level performance, this model guarantees world-class protection and consistent quality for global industrial markets.
